Recording artiste Iba Mahr and his Harar Music Group are gearing up for a fantastic showcase this New Year’s Eve with the Tru Juice Sound Di Alarm Music festival. The event, now in its third staging, is set to ring in the New Year with epic performances at Dinthill Sports Complex from some of Jamaica’s most dynamic performers.
This Sunday, Tru Juice Sound The Alarm will feature performances from artistes like; Capleton, Sizzle, Bugle, Coco Tea, Junior Reid, Freddie McGregor, Luciano, Luthan Fyah, Warrior King, Iba Mahr, Chuck Fenda, Turbulence and I Wayne, plus an injection on dancehall with Popcaan added to the mix.
“We are excited about the mix of artistes that have lent their support for this worthy cause. Over the years we have been seen as a Reggae festival but with artistes like Popcaan added it shows that Sound Di Alarm is a complete music experience” Iba Mahr shared
The Tru Juice Sound Di Alarm Music Festival has become one of the most anticipated annual music & cultural festivals in Jamaica to date. What began as a small community event that benefits the Linstead Hospital, is not only being supported just locally, but also gained international recognition from all over the world.
“We look forward to giving back to Linstead Hospital every year with this event. Already Hundreds of Thousands of dollars has been given to repair parts of the accident and emergency building and with the continued support from the patrons we can give even more cash to the hospital next year” Iba Mahr added
